Free Shipping

Orders over £20 are eligible for free shipping within the UK. If you choose free shipping, it will be sent with Royal Mail's Tracked 24-hour service.

Dispatch Time:

  • Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. If your order is placed after 1pm on Friday it will be dispatched the next working day, which is Monday. Please bear this in mind when ordering over weekends.
  • Please remember that Bank Holidays are NOT working days, orders will not be collected by courier services on these days, and they will dispatch the following working day.

Delivery Time:

  • Tracked 24hr aims to deliver the next day (after dispatch), fully tracked with Royal Mail. Please note that the next day is Royal Mail’s delivery aim. Although it will usually arrive the next day, please allow 1-2 days for the order to arrive. 

 

  • Tracked 48. Aims to deliver 2 days after dispatch, fully tracked.

 

  • If you are in the UK Channel Islands, Guernsey or the Isle of Man please bear in mind that although delivery is still charged at UK prices, Royal Mail tracked 24 and tracked 48 services will likely take an extra few days.
