RUSH Gift Card Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. DT Labs Global LTD (T/A RUSH) recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. RUSH is the promoter of this promotion.

1. What can you win?

There will be three winners who will win either:

One x £250 Liberty Gift Card

One x £100 Liberty Gift Card

One x £50 Liberty Gift Card

(the "Prize").

2. What is excluded from the Prize

RUSH will arrange for delivery to one UK address. It is the winners' responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

aged 18 years or over on the date of entry; and a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.

RUSH reserves the right to ask for proof of age. RUSH reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Accessing the RUSH Competition entry page ("Entry Page") via the website (www.getrushpouches.com)

2. Entering their contact details on the Entry Page.

3. Submitting entry by selecting ‘Submit.

No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Entry Period

The prize draw starts on 10 June 2025 at 00:00 (UK time) and ends on 18 July 2025 at 18:00 (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How are winners selected?

An electronic random name generator will be used to select the winner. The decision of RUSH is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winners will be notified via by e-mail (to the email address entered on the entry page) within 7 days of the prize draw end date. Winners must respond within 48 hours, confirming their delivery address, to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If a winner does not accept the Prize within 48 hours, RUSH reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

7. Winners' Responsibilities

It is the winners' responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above. RUSH will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Winners who have won a gift card must comply with Liberty’s gift card terms and conditions.

8. Personal information

For full details on how RUSH uses your information, view our Privacy Policy here: https://www.getrushpouches.com/pages/privacy-policy. The winner's personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for RUSH to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

9. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

10 . The Promoter

RUSH reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
