Orders over 1,200 EGP are eligible for free shipping within Egypt.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm Sunday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
If your order is placed after 1pm on Thursday it will be dispatched the next working day, which is Sunday. Please bear this in mind when ordering over weekends.
Please remember that public holidays are NOT working days. Orders will not be collected on these days and will dispatch the following working day.
Delivery Time:
All orders are shipped via Bosta and are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch.
